Hi Gang!
Liz and I spent a day or two in Hilton Head on our way home from San Francisco where we were at the American College of Surgeons annual meeting...
It was cheaper on Delta to go from San Fran to Savannah and eventually to Dayton, then directly to Dayton...anyone figure that one out!!!!?????
But, now it is Saturday evening and we are wondering if we will be able to get home tomorrow with Hurricane Irene running up the coast and just off HHI right now. As a matter of fact we are having a little rain...I have seen much worse without a hurricane. The wind is up but not a lot...the surf, however, is exuberant.
We hear that the storm might hit NC again....
Anyway, we should be home on Sunday .... but maybe not.
