I still get chills everytime I hear that story. What they did was an incredible feat and maybe the last great invention that wasn't sponsored by the goverment or some Umiversity. They did something that people dreamed of for eons and truely changed the course of history in many ways.
My brother Tom used to have a paper route and one of his customers was "Mrs. Miller", fovorite niece of the Wrights. Her uncles used to take her flying as a litlle girl and she was the last person to fly with Orville Wright as the pilot! Mrs Miller gave Tom a $2.00 tip once and he believe it or not he still has it.
Aunt Lillian abd Uncle Vic where also one of his customers at her beautifull home on Stroop Rd.
