On Sunday November 7 shortly after 1PM the old Rike's was imploded in downtown Dayton. All of the orginal family and those of us still here had a moment of sadness and nostalgia for what this meant to us and even the Reiling family as merchants in Dayton.

Elders continues on, though and the old Reibold Bldg is a Montgomery County administration buiding now. I wonder what it looks like up on the tenth floor where we all went for our dental and surgical problems????
