I had the fortune to go to that pub in Cedar Grove with Aunt Mary and mom and I have a picture of them at the bar(Aunt Mary had a little too much to drink)Just kidding. I will try to get it to you.
The current owners had a book that showed the previous owners and sure enogh there was Redelberger and I belive it was owned by them from 1884 to 1889. You can imagine how enjoyable it was to be at my great-grandfather's pub with Mom and Aunt Mary telling there stories.
