Dear Family and Extended Family,
My father (Jack) always wanted us to toot our own horns... my mother really just wanted us to continue to communicate... whatever! My horn to toot is an exciting one. At my conference last weekend for the Ohio Art Education Association, I was named the next president! I will serve for 11 months as "President Elect" (to learn the ropes) then serve as "President" from 2001-2003. Wow! That really takes us into the future!
I am not only honored by the support and encouragement of my colleagues, but thrilled at the opportunity to work with such fine art teachers and organizations in Ohio and represent Ohio in the country! Travel will be a necessity! See our website at www.oaea.org
