Happy New Year! With all the hype about Y2K, a funny thing happened at the New Year's party we attended at the neighbor's house... as we all shouted the countdown to 2000 and got to 1, the electricity went out in the entire house! For a brief moment, we all wondered how this could happen when the New Year's celebrations around the world went off without a hitch! Heck, if they can keep things running in Bethlehem, India, France... why not Upper Arlington, Ohio? Ha! One of the guys had snuck downstairs and pulled the power switch! It was a great laugh! We all had a fun time welcoming the new year.
Now I'm back at school and found that my computer's file management has changed all the dates to 1900 to all the student debts! Ha! That will be a job to change!
