I was attending an outdoor showing of the movie "The Wizard of Oz" and to my fortune one of the original Munchkins, Mickey Carroll, was there. It was quite a thrill, espcially since it was 60 years ago to the date that "The Wizard" opened. I had a nice chat with him and he gave me some tibits ie; that he was the Munchkin who first told Dorothy to "Follow the Yellow Brick Road" and that he got the part at the insistence of Judy Garland and that "ToTo" was paid more them him ...
